work with me

There are two ways
to work with me.

Both are rooted in the same understanding: that clarity and the ability to move with greater alignment come from genuinely understanding what is already there.

Not from being told what to do but from being supported to see what is present, and to work with it.

INDIVIDUALS

One-to-One Sessions

This work is for people who sense that something internally isn't quite settled — and who are ready to explore that with honesty, depth, and genuine support.

You might be navigating a significant change or transition. You might be carrying a pattern you half-recognise but can't quite shift. You might simply feel a quiet pull towards greater clarity — a more grounded, more honest relationship with yourself and with the people around you.

You don't need a diagnosis, a crisis, or a clearly defined problem to bring. What matters is a willingness to look — and a sense that now is the right time.

what we work with

Much of what shapes our inner experience lives below the surface — in patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that form early and repeat quietly throughout our lives. In the ways we respond to people, interpret situations, and make meaning of what happens to us.

In our sessions, we bring these patterns into view. Not as problems to be fixed, but as things to be understood — because understanding, when it genuinely lands, changes the relationship you have with yourself and with others.

The work is tailored entirely to you and to what is present at the time. At different moments, it may involve:

— being fully heard and supported through something difficult
— bringing awareness to patterns, reactions, and what underlies them
— exploring how your inner world shapes your relationships and interactions
— working through resistance, internal conflict, or a sense of being stuck
— developing greater self-trust, clarity, and inner authority
— integrating insight into how you actually live, not just how you understand yourself intellectually

The process is not linear. It moves with you — shaped by where you are and what is needed.

what becomes possible

Through this work, people stop performing a version of themselves that's exhausting to maintain. The patterns that once ran the show — quietly, relentlessly, often for decades — become visible and workable. What felt stuck starts to move, not because it was forced, but because it was finally understood.

People don't usually describe this as becoming a different person. They describe it as finally feeling like themselves — clear, grounded, and no longer at odds with their own experience.

Not because they've been given answers — but because they've found their own.

practical details

Sessions are held online via video call.

Session length: 60 minutes

Frequency: Flexible, shaped by your needs and rhythm

Fee: £150 per session when booked weekly or fortnightly as part of an ongoing package, or £180 per session for more occasional or one-off bookings. Your first session is offered as a gift, with no obligation to continue.

how to begin

Getting started is simple: reach out, and I'll send a short form to complete before scheduling your first session.

That first session — offered as a gift — is itself the conversation: a space to explore what you are currently experiencing, ask any questions you may have, and see whether this way of working feels aligned for you. There is no expectation or obligation — only an opportunity to explore.

If it feels like the right fit, I'll then propose a plan shaped around what's needed.

organisations

Relational & Cultural Integration Work

Organisations invest significantly in strategy, structure, and process. And yet some of the most consequential challenges they face resist structural solutions — because they aren't structural problems.

They are human ones.

How people actually relate to one another. How decisions are really made. Whether the values an organisation states are the values it lives. Whether people feel safe enough to say what is true, raise what matters, and work with genuine clarity and commitment.

These are the things that quietly determine whether a team or organisation functions with real coherence — or whether it functions despite itself.

what this work addresses

This work is particularly valuable during periods of transition, growth, or strain — when alignment begins to weaken, communication becomes more complex, or something in the relational fabric of the organisation feels off, even if it's difficult to clearly define.

It may be relevant when there is:

— a gap between stated values and lived culture

— communication or collaboration that isn't working as well as it should

— leadership or team dynamics that create friction or limit effectiveness

— a significant change or development that requires people to work together differently

— a sense that performance is being limited by something that isn't showing up in the data

how the work is structured

Every engagement begins with a conversation — to understand what is currently present within the organisation and what kind of support would be most meaningful.

From there, the work is shaped collaboratively. It might involve sessions with leadership, team-based work, or a combination of both — developed and adjusted as the process unfolds.

My role is to bring clarity to complexity. To help surface and make sense of the relational patterns, dynamics, and tensions that shape how people work together — and to support the organisation in moving towards greater coherence, alignment, and the kind of culture that doesn't need to be managed, because it's genuinely lived.

what becomes possible

Organisations that do this work develop stronger internal coherence — clearer communication, more grounded decision-making, and environments where people can contribute with greater clarity, integrity, and trust.

Most organisations can describe their culture well. Fewer can say what it actually feels like to work inside it. And the people working inside it can tell the difference, even when they can't quite explain why.

The changes tend to be durable, because they come from within — not from a framework imposed from the outside.

practical details

Each engagement is scoped individually, based on the context, scale, and nature of the work involved.

Format: Leadership sessions, team work, or both

Duration: Shaped by the scope of the engagement

Fee: Based on scope — confirmed following initial consultation

how to begin

The first step is a conversation — to explore what is currently happening within your organisation and what kind of support may be most relevant. This initial conversation is offered at no cost, with no obligation to proceed.

If you are reaching out on behalf of an organisation, it can be helpful to include a brief sense of the context — what is present, what feels unclear, or what you are hoping to address.

From there, we can explore together whether and how this work fits your situation.

I work with what is there — not to fix it, but to make it visible, understandable, and workable.
